1 zuc, roughly chopped or grated
1/3 c. sesame seeds or tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1-2 T. olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 t. salt
1-2 t. cumin
Put everything in your blender or food processor and whir til smooth.
If you have a food processor it's really easy to grate the zucchini using the grating attachment, then switch to the standard blade to whir everything together.
