The spiralizer was finally put to use!  First the spuds:
Thin ribbons.
Thicker slices.
Tossed in olive oil and garlic salt.
Baked at 375 until crispy and brown!  Served with homemade baked beans.
A somewhat lame dinner (and maybe a little starchy), but delicious all the same!  Dave is not a huge potato man (he likes them mashed with gravy), but he thought these were very good.  I loved having fries again - it had been awhile!

I have hiccups for the third time today.  What.  The.  Heck?!?

Talia and I took a long walk this afternoon to the post office and Krogers.  We got a secret item that played a key role in tomorrow morning's post.  Stay tuned!
