Buckle up, all.  This is going to rock your world.

Take one of the best things ever:

Melt sugar and honey together until boiling.

Add another one of the best things ever and some vanilla.

Stir together.  Serve it up and munch happily.

Add chocolate chips and peanuts, if you're like Dave.

Go back for seconds.

Peanut Butter Popcorn
1c. unpopped popcorn kernels
1/2c. honey
1/2c. sugar
1/2c. peanut butter
1/2t. vanilla

Pop the popcorn (I popped ours in a couple tablespoons of coconut oil).  Heat the honey and sugar over medium heat until comes to a rolling boil.  Add peanut butter and vanilla.  Heat and stir til smooth.  Pour over popcorn and stir to combine.

Note: I dumped out half the popcorn into a bowl, added half the pb mixture and stirred, then added the rest of the popcorn back, finished out the mixture, and combined.  Since I was using a tall, deep bowl instead of a wide, shallow one, I thought it would mix better.
