nature run
I should take my camera on my runs. Today I saw 6 baby ducks, 16 swans, and 2 jumping fish. I ran a little over 2 miles out to the dam and watched the water for awhile - even just sat down on the bank and enjoyed the beautiful morning and listened to the stupid unending train whistles birds singing and chirping. I ran slowly home, taking walk breaks because my back right thigh was feeling tight.

I love runs like that! We have a forest preserve near where I live that always seems to be filled with wildlife! I feel so lucky when I see the fish jump :)
